Hiring - Software Development Engineer / Fullstack Software Engineer (Java+React)

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore

Exp: 4+ Years

We are looking for a strong Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Java, React, AWS, AI/GenAI, and Distributed Systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to build scalable applications, implement AI-driven development practices, troubleshoot production issues, and automate support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monitoring solutions and implement AI-driven development practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and implement fixes for internally developed applications using Java, React, and related technologies.
• Design and implement distributed systems using AWS serverless technologies.
• Implement and maintain GenAI-based solutions within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with development teams on enterprise software projects.
• Automate support processes and maintain technical/system documentation.
• Analyze complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver reliable solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Java and React.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS and AI-driven development practices.
• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems Architecture.
• Must have Designing experience HLD & LLD.
• Hands-on experience implementing or working with GenAI-based solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.

Good to Have

• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern GenAI technologies.
