Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, with either Spring Boot or Struts frameworks and Node.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product owners to deliver high-impact solutions.
Ensure systems are optimized for performance, security, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance of backend modules.
Contribute to discussions on architecture, technical decisions, and process improvements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues as they arise.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 - 5 years of backend development experience.
Proficient in using Java for most of client project developments.
Able to possess either one of these frameworks Spring Boot, or Struts.
Solid experience with Node.js and JavaScript on the backend.
Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Good understanding of clean code principles, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.
Familiar with Agile development methodologies and version control tools like Git.
