Software Engineer

Elitez's client, a passionate team of talented professionals in game development, is seeking candidates for Software positions at three levels: Junior, Mid, and Senior.

Job Description:

As a software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance. Writing clean, efficient code and staying updated on industry trends are key aspects of this role.

Requirements:

Prefers candidates who are proficient in Chinese and based in Malaysia.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend application development.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, etc., with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience with web application frameworks such as .NET Core, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Spring Boot, etc.

Experience with databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.

Solid understanding of RESTful web services and APIs.

Ability to quickly pick up and adapt to new technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

Experience with DevOps technologies such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop software solutions that align with project requirements and client needs.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to ensure the long-term maintainability of the software.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features and promptly resolve technical issues.

Conduct thorough testing to guarantee software quality, performance, and reliability.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain smooth operation of the software.

Maintain and update existing systems, ensuring they perform optimally and incorporate the latest enhancements.
