Software Engineer

Job Summary:

•  RM6,500-10,000/month based on experience
•  EPF, SOCSO, EIS

We're a software studio building custom tools, dashboards, and automations for fast-moving companies. You'll ship real projects for real clients.

Experience level doesn't matter to us. If you've shipped something real, you're in the running. Fresh grads included and encouraged to apply.

What matters:

• You've built and deployed a real web app people actually use.
• Founder mindset. You take a rough idea, decide what to build, and own it end to end without anyone telling you how. You care whether it works for the user, not whether a task is marked done.
• You build with AI coding agents. We run Claude Code and Codex every day and want someone who already lives in them. This is core to how we work, not a nice to have.

Our stack:

• TypeScript front to back
• Next.js (App Router, React 19), Tailwind, shadcn/ui
• Convex for the backend, database, and realtime sync
• Clerk for auth, Stripe for billing
• AWS Lambda, S3, and Step Functions
• Remotion and FFmpeg for video and media pipelines

You don't need every line on day one. If you can build, you'll pick up the rest fast.
