We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to design and build the core backend systems that power our warehouse management and automation platforms. This role is for engineers who care deeply about system quality, scalability, and real-world impact not just writing code, but building infrastructure that runs mission-critical operations.
What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems that support high-volume, real-time warehouse operations
- Translate complex operational requirements into robust technical architectures
- Develop secure, reliable APIs and real-time communication services for internal platforms and integrations
- Build asynchronous and event-driven services to handle large-scale transactional workloads
- Own the quality of your work from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate closely with product, robotics, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience building production-grade backend systems
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance, and reliability
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and handling high-throughput transactions
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
- Comfortable working with synchronous and asynchronous architectures
- A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
