About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for system implementation (design, coding, unit testing, troubleshooting, deployment, documentation) activities for internal policy administration system, including support for production defects/issues, projects and system enhancements.
• Work with business users/product managers in soliciting and understanding user requirements and translating requirements to system solutions.
• Ensure system delivery complies and conforms to standard operating processes defined (ie. system development life cycle, architecture/risk/security compliance, change management, etc.)
• Ensure system delivery meets user/system requirements, timeline and of good quality.
• Experience/Knowledge in COBOL programming is an added advantage
