Responsibilities:
Responsible for HRIS / HRMS software testing and quality assurance
Define and implement the strategy for introducing a test automation and QA function into the business
Define test scenarios and engineer solid, reliable automated tests that are considered as reliable as production code
Ensure that the team have the right level of test coverage for the product / solution with functional and non-functional tests
Responsible for QA of the product/solution portfolio, which will include hands-on manual testing whilst automated test coverage is being ramped up
Become a trusted authority in your team within QA and automation matters, with a strong evidence-based case for why a release is ready to ship
Influence the team's technical and business strategy by making insightful contributions to team priorities and approach
Coach and mentor team for best test practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of software testing experiences with software development team
Certification in ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) is a strong plus.
Proven experience in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Solid foundation in SQL and manual testing, with a track record of building and utilizing test tools, build tools, and working with established testing toolsets.
Familiar with Playwright framework or Node.js is a strong advantage.
Working knowledge of CI/CD automation is a distinct advantage
Strong communication with cross-functional experience working with other disciplines (especially HR, BA & software development)
Excellent verbal and written English. Foreign language will be advantageous
