Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our SAAS solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min3-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly in the SAAS industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian market and business landscape is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
