Job Title: Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in collecting test requirements and creating basic test plans and test cases.
- Follows risk management plans and executes test automation scripts.
- Works assigned test engineering tasks according to project plans including schedule, budget and component cost targets.
- Documents text execution progress and issues.
- Works assigned tasks while exercising basic knowledge of engineering technology and basic skills with engineering tools.
- Follows test engineering standard processes and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum 2+ years of related experience in a professional role; or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software system architecture.
- Basic understanding of hardware and software interactions, and able to apply this understanding to resolve issues.
- Able to easily achieve mastery of new tools, languages and operating systems.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical data sheets.
