Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
25+ years of experience in software testing.
Experience working with contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, Five9, or similar).
Knowledge of banking systems or financial services applications.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, HP ALM, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
