We're Hiring: Software Test Engineer - contact center platforms
Experience: 25+ Years
Work location - Bangi, 5 days work from office
Degree: Computer Science / IT or related field
Requirements:
Experience in software testing
Mandatory Exposure to contact center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, Five9, etc.)
Knowledge of banking or financial services applications
Understanding of SDLC / STLC
Experience with Jira, TestRail, HP ALM or similar tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
