Software Trainer

Registration module display, payment, billing, invoice, data entry form fill up in the system, bed board display module, Train the users for this whole system, outpatient, inpatient, charges.

3–5 years of experience as a Software Trainer, Application Trainer, System Trainer, 

Implementation Trainer, or similar role.

• Prior experience in the healthcare, hospital, clinical, or Hospital Information System 

(HIS/HMS) environment is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of hospital workflows, particularly:

o Patient Registration

o Outpatient (OPD)

o Inpatient (IPD)

o Charges & Billing

o Payment & Invoice

o Data Entry

o Bed Board / Bed Management

• Strong presentation, communication, and user-training skills.

• Ability to explain software processes clearly to both technical and non-technical 

users.

• Comfortable conducting onsite, hands-on training and supporting multiple user 

groups.
