We are seeking a skilled Lead Solar Installer to join our team. An ideal candidate will have experience with Leading a Solar Install Crew and knowlageable in skilled electrical work. As a Solar Lead, you will play a crucial role in the installation of solar panels and related equipment and lead the install team to complete installation on time and with minimal return calls needed
*Responsibilities:
- Lead an Install crew installing solar panels
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with solar energy systems
Qualifications:
- Experience in high and low voltage systems and electrical work
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols
- Familiarity with commercial electrician practices
- Proficiency in working on roofs and using proper safety equipment
- Enphase Install and Battery certification is a plus

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
