Key duties and responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery & Quality Assurance: Take full ownership of technical execution from deployment through go-live. This includes supervising on-site technical construction, managing platform data configuration, conducting integration validation, and ensuring the final deployment meets our rigorous quality standards.
- On-Site Debugging & Integration Validation: Independently complete communication debugging and point-to-point integration between the product team and the on-site automatic control management system. Validate end-to-end data flow across IoT devices, BMS, and the platform to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Data Validation & Troubleshooting: During deployment, actively identify abnormal data patterns, check data consistency across IoT devices, BMS, and the platform, and support root-cause troubleshooting when data issues arise. This is critical for ensuring project success and platform reliability.
- Technical Consultation & Interface Management: Be responsible for comprehensive building management technical consultation, including tech-communication with customers about data interfaces of automation equipment and networking on site.
- Technical Evaluation & Asset Creation: Post-delivery, conduct a comprehensive audit of the technical architecture. Transform project-specific experiences into concrete documentation and standardized playbooks to drive continuous improvement.
- Pre-sales Feasibility & Risk Mitigation: Support the pre-sales phase to vet technical proposals, ensuring that proposed solutions are fully implementable and aligned with field realities.
Key skills and competencies:
- Hands-on delivery experience for BMS / IoT solutions > 3 years, with proven track record in end-to-end project execution
- Strong data validation and troubleshooting skills: ability to identify abnormal data, verify data consistency across heterogeneous systems, and diagnose data flow issues
- Proficient in on-site debugging and integration validation across IoT devices, BMS, and cloud platforms
- Master the system integration function of Siemens WinCC and Honeywell webs system configuration
- Expert in at least one industrial communication protocol: Modbus (RTU/TCP), BACnet, MQTT, OPC UA, with knowledge of private protocols from major manufacturers
- Familiar with the interface integration of energy management software of mainstream brands (Schneider, ABB, LongShine, Envision, etc.)
- Proficient in IoT architecture, familiar with the selection and commissioning of common sensors (temperature and humidity, current, voltage, etc.)
- Electronic information, automation, communication, computer and other related majors
- Operations and/or technical background, good knowledge on energy management
- IoT / AI related project experience is a plus
