Solution Consultant/Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
1. Pre-sales technical support, including requirement analysis, formulation of pre-sales technical solutions, bid preparation, response to inquiries, pre-sales project proof of concept (POC), assessment of feasibility workload, pre-sales customer presentations, and solution consultations.
2. Requirement research involves repeatedly communicating with and clarifying customer needs, and writing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
3. Based on project progress requirements and needs, and considering research and development capacity, develop a reasonable version output plan:
3.1Communicate with customers, project managers, and internal R&D personnel to meet customer requirements.
3.2Develop a reasonable project plan for the R&D department to ensure compliance with project time and manpower requirements.
4. Track the version delivery process:
4.1 Requirement review;
4.2 Requirement import;
4.3 Requirement tracking.
5. Assist sales in completing secondary sales tasks:
5.1 Organize communication meetings with customers, operators, project managers, and project-related personnel.
5.2 Proactively identify project risk points based on product and operator operational conditions and propose reasonable and feasible improvement solutions.
5.3 Actively explore customer needs and create opportunities for secondary sales contracts.
6. Provide daily technical support for post-sales projects.
