About the role

The Solutions Consultant will plan, execute, and deliver complex software projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in delivering SaaS solutions.

This role is based remotely in Thailand where youll work directly alongside our founders and leadership team to grow our business globally. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate impact and shape our global sales organization.

How Youll Contribute

  • Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept exercises, and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our SaaS solutions
  • Address technical questions and provide expertise during the sales process
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, and translate these into technical specifications
  • Design, configure, and customize our SaaS solutions to meet client-specific needs
  • Develop integration strategies and work with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Oversee the technical implementation of our SaaS solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage integrations and data migration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process
  • Deliver training sessions to clients, both on-site and virtually, to ensure effective use of our SaaS solutions
  • Develop and provide documentation, user guides, and best practices to support client onboarding
  • Offer ongoing support and respond to client inquiries to ensure satisfaction and successful adoption
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and address client needs
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance product features and delivery processes
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and resources to improve efficiency and client outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on software development and delivery
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex SaaS projects
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
