Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Solution Advisor/ Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our solutions, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Grow and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Provide pre-sales technical consultation and product training to customers.
- Collaborate with application engineers to provide customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and activities in CRM and comply with company reporting standards.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
- Participate in training, coaching, and development programs provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related fields)/ Business/ Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Knowledge in Metrology and/or measurement will have an advantage.
- Passion for sales and a hunter mentality.
- Strong interest in technology and an understanding of tech hardware/software products and solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to a long-term career path.
- A positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Must possess own transport.
