Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Solutions Architect to join our Commercial Team within the Asia Pacific Digital Business Unit.
In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a digital solutions consultant to engage enterprise and government customers, designing technical architectures and delivering tailored Information, Content, and Data Management solutions. You will join an open, dynamic, and highly energetic team of technology professionals dedicated to adding value through digital transformation.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Design Technical Solutions: Analyze customer physical and digital information environments to identify challenges and design high-level technical architectures, including solution scoping and Statement of Work (SOW) creation.
- Drive Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams and stakeholders to provide technical expertise for Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotations (RFQ), deliver product demonstrations, and lead Proof of Concept (POC) development to achieve pipeline growth.
- Conduct Strategic Analysis: Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) models while gathering market intelligence on industry trends and competitors to ensure Iron Mountain's digital portfolio remains competitive.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in digital solution design, technical architecture development, or pre-sales within the software and Information Technology (IT) infrastructure domain.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Content Management (ECM), Document Management Systems (DMS), and cloud services such as Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven ability in consultative solution selling and stakeholder management, with the capacity to influence and negotiate with both operational and C-level (executive-level) leaders.
- A degree or diploma from a recognized institution of higher learning, with professional proficiency in written and oral English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Location: Malaysia (supporting Malaysia and Taiwan).
