Solutions Architect

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Solution Architect to support digital transformation projects and provide pre-sales consultation. You will work closely with customers, sales teams and technical teams to understand business needs, propose suitable solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

• Gather and analyze customer requirements and business processes.
• Design and recommend digital solutions, workflow automation and document management systems.
• Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations and customer workshops.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows, SOWs and project documentation.
• Support sales teams with solution proposals, TCO analysis and customer consultations.
• Act as a bridge between customers, sales and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with project planning, UAT, SOP development and solution handover.

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, Solution Design or IT Project Delivery.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina.
• Customer-oriented with an interest in both solution consulting and sales activities.
