Role Overview
We+ Asia is looking for a Solutions Architect to design, present, and deliver innovative digital solutions for clients in Malaysia and across Asia. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to deliver compelling solution demos and presentations. The successful candidate will have broad expertise across low-code, RPA, GenAI, data architecture, cloud, and traditional developmentwith the ability to quickly learn new platforms such as OutSystems and Neptune.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead the design of end-to-end digital solutions across low-code, automation, AI, cloud, and data.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architectures.
- Advise clients on legacy modernization, automation roadmaps, and cloud adoption strategies.
Pre-Sales & Solution Evangelis.
- Deliver demos, solution walkthroughs, and proofs of concept on platforms such as Freshworks, UiPath,OutSystems, Neptune, and GitLab.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create solution proposals and presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers during evaluation and selection processes.
Delivery Support & Governance
- Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams.
- Ensure projects follow best practices in DevOps, cloud migration, and data governance.
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Innovation & Leadership
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, automation, low-code, and enterprise platforms.
- Contribute to We+ Asia's Center of Excellence by building reusable frameworks and IP.
- Represent We+ Asia in industry events and contribute to thought leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Lead.
Broad technical expertise across:
- RPA / Automation (UiPath or equivalent).
- Generative AI and AI-driven solutions.
- Data architecture, engineering, and integration.
- Cloud platforms (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and migration projects.
- Traditional software development using modern frameworks.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an additional advantage.
Preferred
- Familiarity with FreshSales, FreshDesk, FreshService, GitLab, OutSystems, Neptune
- Consulting or IT services background with enterprise and government clients.
- Certifications in cloud, data, AI, RPA, or low-code.
