Job Role
The Architecture Solution Senior Engineer serves as the technical lead responsible for defining and customizing rack configurations tailored to customer workloads and platform requirements. This role acts as a critical bridge between architecture, hardware, and software engineering teams, ensuring each rack design achieves optimal performance, power efficiency, and scalability.
The engineer will also provide professional consultation to customers on configuration optimization, translating high-level solution requirements into detailed and actionable engineering specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Focus on GPU high-performance computing (HPC) and data center architecture integration.
- Engage in the full technical lifecycle, including:
- Customer requirement analysis
- System architecture/topology design
- Solution validation and deployment
- Work with advanced GPU computing platforms, GPU clusters, and high-speed interconnect technologies (NVLink, PCIe, Ethernet).
- Collaborate on server power and thermal optimization, including liquid cooling or rack-level integration when required.
- Interface with customers, internal engineering teams, and partners regarding AI computing, cloud training platforms, and data center solutions.
- Contribute to architecture planning for large-scale cloud data centers or enterprise AI infrastructure.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in system architecture, solution engineering, or hardware platform integration.
- Strong background from server OEM/ODM companies
- Candidates from cloud service providers or AI hardware companies are encouraged to apply
- Experience in GPU computing platform integration, HPC servers, or high-performance data center solutions is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English with Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with GPU clusters, and HPC server architecture.
- Strong knowledge of NVLink, PCIe, Ethernet, and other high-speed interconnect technologies.
- Familiarity with server power design, thermal engineering, liquid cooling, and rack-level integration.
- Capable of managing full solution lifecycle: requirement gathering architecture design testing deployment.
