Ignite Search is a specialist recruitment company within the Technology & Renewables space, located in Singapore.
Our client is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer to support their warehouse automation and supply chain technology solutions. This role will bridge the gap between sales, product, and customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor to demonstrate system capabilities, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful client adoption.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and presentation skills, thriving in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and present tailored WMS and supply chain solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution workshops for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions, including workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve issues and shape solution offerings.
- Support the full sales cycle from discovery through to proposal, ensuring solutions align with client goals.
- Develop technical documentation, solution designs, and project support materials.
- Continuously learn new features and deliver training sessions for customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with a strong technical background.
- Candidates must have fluency in Business level English and Chinese
- Strong presentation, communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with WMS, or similar enterprise software (ERP, CRM)
- Background in logistics, warehouse systems, or supply chain technology.
- Proactive, adaptable, and responsible with a willingness to travel and work abroad (40% of time)
Preferred Experience
- Background in logistics, warehouse systems, or supply chain technology.
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) and programming languages (Java, JavaScript).
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
