Solutions Developer (US Shift)

Overview

The Solution Developer designs, builds, and supports scalable solutions by integrating Acxiom and

third-party platforms to meet defined business requirements. This role applies strong technical and

data expertise to solve moderately complex marketing and data-warehousing challenges involving

large-scale datasets, while supporting development, maintenance, optimization, and issue

resolution in close collaboration with stakeholders.

This is a US shift role, requiring alignment with US business hours to support stakeholders and delivery teams based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate functional and technical requirements into robust application solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and integrate applications based on design specifications.
• Participate in requirement discussions, code reviews, and effort estimation.
• Apply Acxiom and industry best practices to ensure solution quality and data integrity.
• Identify and implement maintenance, performance, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client or stakeholder issues based on priority and severity.
• Develop and execute unit tests; analyze results and resolve defects.
• Deliver medium-sized development tasks independently and contribute to larger initiatives
• with minimal supervision.
• Manage multiple workstreams while meeting delivery timelines.
• Build subject-matter expertise in Acxiom technologies and business domains.
• Document solutions, share best practices, and present technical insights clearly.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in Snowflake and
• Databricks (incl. ML services).
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, D3.js or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, orchestration, and automation tools.
• Exposure to additional languages (Java, C#, Perl, Shell scripting) and familiarity with XML,
• HTML, and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience), with strong analytical skills,
• attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to work independently and adapt
• quickly.
