Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Work closely with team members to promptly handle and resolve issue
Attend in-person client meetings. to investigate and troubleshoot reported issues.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records
Perform daily system health check, monitoring and recommend efficiency improvements
Conduct monthly client meetings and present on preventive maintenance findings
Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery
Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements.
Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or fresh graduates.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
Microsoft Certification preferred, with experience in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 as a bonus
Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if require.
Self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments
