Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The role is for a 1-year duration through a third-party outsourcing contract.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Enterprise Messaging ecosystem, overseeing platform functionality and its integration with CelcomDigi's IT and network infrastructure.
  • Lead the solution design and architecture for new services and platform enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical viability.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across various initiatives, including change requests, service transformation, optimization efforts, and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Network, and external partners) to troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  • Analyze customer insights and service performance data to identify pain points and drive continuous improvements for enhanced user experience.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including preparation of bid documents, technical clarifications, and solution presentations related to messaging services.
  • Oversee partner and customer onboarding, covering both network and application integration, and support deployment activities to ensure smooth go-live execution.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance benchmarks.
  • Supervise daily operational activities, including detection and blocking of grey routes, to uphold service integrity and security.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in IT solutioning, preferably within the telecommunications industry, with in-depth knowledge of enterprise messaging platforms and services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of telco architecture, encompassing IT and network domains, integration protocols, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
  • Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
