Job Description

Work Location is open to either Penang or Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for promoting and selling the company's products (e.g., goods-to-person AGV systems, multi-shuttle dense storage systems, bin AGVs, sorting walls, etc.) in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand), Japan/Korea, and Russia. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
  2. Conduct market analysis: understand target regions, key customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends to support product optimization and market strategy. Leverage existing overseas client or channel resources; independently manage international projects with proven deal-closing experience.
  3. Identify and develop new customers, conduct client visits, and utilize media, online platforms, and exhibitions to generate sales opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  4. Key focus for 2025: build both domestic and overseas localized teams. Candidates with experience in footwear & apparel, cross-border e-commerce, retail chains, or manufacturing/electronics expansion are highly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in logistics automation or AGV-related industries.
  • Experience in promoting warehouse automation equipment (e.g., AGV, AS/RS, conveyor systems) and familiarity with warehouse operations and WMS systems is required.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills; strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
  • Overseas market experience preferred; Fluency in Mandarin or English is a plus.
  • Open to overseas assignments in Europe.

  1. 负责公司产品(AGV货到人、多穿密集库、料箱AGV、分拨墙等)在新马泰/日韩/俄罗斯市场的推广与销售,制定并执行销售计划,完成销售目标;
  2. 市场分析:熟悉目标区域,了解头部客户需求、竞争对手情况以及行业动态,为公司产品优化和市场策略调整提供依据;
  3. 有一定海外客户或渠道资源,能够独立运作海外项目,有项目成交案例;
  4. 开拓新客户,拜访潜在客户,利用媒体、网络平台、展会寻找销售契机,建立和维护良好的客户关系;
  5. 25年重点打造国内及海外本地化团队,有过鞋服、跨境电商、商超海外业务或国内制造、电子类出海经历的是不错机会

任职资格:

  1. 本科以上学历,两年以上物流自动化或AGV相关行业从业经验,有仓库自动化设备推广经验;(AGV、立体库、输送线等),熟悉仓库作业流程,WMS系统;
  2. 良好的客户需求&痛点感知能力;
  3. 优秀的沟通和项目管理能力、表达能力以及团队协作精神,擅长思考和发现问题;
  4. 有海外市场工作经历、英语可作为工作语言;接受外派欧洲
