- Interfaces with the US plant on requirements and timelines, ensuring material development progress supports US traceability and compliance needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or International Trade.
- 4–6 years of full-time manufacturing sourcing experience; battery / energy-storage Pack structural parts or sheet-metal & precision-machining sourcing preferred; hands-on SEA supplier development experience a plus.
- Fluent in the full supplier-development cycle — RFQ, cost breakdown, PPAP and supplier qualification — with proven independent commercial negotiation skills.
- Business-fluent English (negotiations, emails, meetings); willing to travel within Southeast Asia and short business trips to China.
- Strong project management with the ability to run multiple categories in parallel; cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills; data-driven and risk-aware.
- Prior exposure to the energy-storage supply chain and US NON-FEOC / ITC compliance is highly preferred.
