We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support category teams through hands-on sourcing, tendering, and data-driven insights. This role will be based in Bangsar South
Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end RFX (RFQ/RFP/RFI) activities using procurement systems
- Support category teams with procurement processes, templates, and contract documentation
- Manage approximately USD 15M in spend and support a total portfolio of USD 240M
- Track expiring contracts and support timely renewals or re-tendering
- Support tendering, negotiations, and technical/commercial evaluations
- Provide spend and category analytics to support sourcing decisions
- Maintain TCO models to drive value and cost optimisation
- Support the implementation of procurement best practices across regions
Requirement:
- 4 yrs+ experience in Sourcing, Bachelor's degree(preferred)
- Prior sourcing experience
- Experience in FMCG preferred but not necessary
- Procurement or Commercial negotiating experience preferred
- Articulate, good written and clear presentation skills
- Predisposition to change and positive outlook
- Good financial skills with capability in technology or automation
- Strong in data analytics and strategic thinking
