Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phuket. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining culinary excellence across all dining outlets. This role also involves staff supervision, training, and upholding food safety standards.
