Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Therapist located in Mukim 17 Batu Feringgi. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments, including facials, massages, and body therapies, tailored to guests individual needs. This role involves actively engaging with clients to ensure their comfort, delivering excellent customer service throughout their spa experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and relaxing environment, managing treatment schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and equipment care.
Qualifications
- Professional skills in spa treatments, including facials and body therapies
- Proficiency in cosmetology and pedicures
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace
- Relevant certifications in spa therapy, cosmetology, or related fields are advantageous
- Previous experience in luxury spa settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing a tranquil and rejuvenating experience
