Responsibilities

  • Perform spa treatments in accordance with established standards, ensuring consistency and high-quality service
  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalised guest experience throughout the spa journey
  • Support the achievement of daily sales targets for treatments and retail products
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall spa presentation at all times
  • Ensure spa equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
  • Handle guest enquiries, consultations, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate guest records and complete daily administrative tasks
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment of spa products and supplies
  • Support reception duties when required, including handling calls and bookings
  • Promote spa services, packages, and ongoing promotions to guests
  • Participate in training programmes to continuously improve skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Spa Therapy or Beauty Therapy
  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or spa environment
  • Knowledge of face and body treatments and basic massage techniques
  • Good understanding of guest service and spa operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
  • Basic administrative and computer skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
