Managed impaired account for outstanding less than RM5 million for PLM and Middle Market accounts.
Review & monitor Rescheduling & Restructuring (R&R) on impaired accounts to maximize outputs through regularly tracked productivity.
Managed of repayment of impaired accounts in order to assist management to improve in term of CA & BDR.
To ensure R&R customers are fully declassified after cooling period
To attend to appeals, negotiate and evaluate proposals for account rehabilitation
Close monitoring on R&R and account under monthly repayment (RP) within the Turn Around Time (TAT)
Raising necessary approval to stop or KIV legal actions for deserving cases
Daily tracking of payment reports for cured accounts and to raise the necessary approval to stop further action and interest rate reduction by informing Litigation Unit
Meeting walk-in customers and attending to complaints
Ensure action codes, interest rates and TRV are correctly maintained in DCRMS, ALS and NP System.
Raise SCAR for approval for repayment and composite plan
Ensure timely reporting of ad-hoc and monthly reports
Ensure strict adherence to all credit policies, procedures, BNM guidelines, compliance & etc.
Tracking SJPP guarantee expiry and renewal.
Prepare document for consent and submission of claim to SJPP.
Tracking of SJPP guarantee expiry and renewal.
Prepare document for submission of CGC Claim.
Attend to matter related to Subrogation of DAGS account to CGC.
Attend to matter related to issuance redemption statement and letter of undertaking.
Attend to matter related to Discharge of Charge or Receipt and Reassignment.
Attend to matter related to SSM discharge.
For new account transfer from Business Unit, to request CSD file from COMPASS system, to print copy of security document from COMPASS System and to print document from CREST System.
Request for withdrawal original security documents from COMPASS System.
