Role
Results-driven operations professional with expertise in inventory management, distribution planning, and device lifecycle operations. Proven ability to ensure inventory accuracy, optimize stock allocation, and manage system configurations including MDM protocols. Experienced in vendor coordination, financial tracking, and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating operational data into actionable insights and successfully leading projects to meet business objectives
The Day-To-Day Activities
1. Supervise Inventory Integrity: Oversee end-to-end inventory accuracy across all locations, leading regular stock reconciliation and lifecycle audits to minimize obsolescence and financial leakage.
2. Manage Distribution Flow: Orchestrate the allocation of devices and accessories to retail channels, ensuring stock availability is optimized against demand forecasts and predefined distribution strategies.
3. Oversee System Configuration & MDM: Manage the CPC configuration for new product launches/ product updates and govern device MDM protocols (locking/unlocking) to ensure policy compliance.
4. Facilitate Vendor & Financial Coordination: Act as the operational lead for vendor relations, tracking procurement invoices and payment cycles with 4PL and OEMs to ensure uninterrupted supply chain continuity.
5. Drive Process Governance: Act as the primary point-of-contact for all Device Operations SOPs, consistently updating processes and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless operational alignment.
6. Analyze & Report Operational Performance: Evaluate portfolio performance and inventory aging trends, translating complex data into actionable reports for senior management review.
7. Drive Cross-Functional Ops Related Projects: Lead the operational execution of device and non-device special projects, serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders to meet key milestones and deliverables.
About You
Education/ What people Know:
1. A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience/ What people Have Done:
1. 5–7 years of experience in device operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
2. Working experience in SKU lifecycle management is an added advantage.
3. Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is a strong advantage.
Competencies/ What people Can Do:
1. Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and inventory integrity across multiple systems.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor stock trends and execute contingency plans during supply volatility.
3. Capable of managing end-to-end operational processes and ensuring governance across all workstreams.
4. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills to align with internal teams and external vendors.
