About the Role
Define and oversee the end-to-end Junior Savings and MOHE customer journey to support deposit portfolio growth. Manage IT solution implementation and ensure successful delivery of change requests (CRs) for all Retail Banking applications related to Junior Savings and MOHE. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen segment value propositions, enhance customer product holding, and drive acquisition and portfolio growth.
Responsibilities
- Define, review, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey for Junior Savings & MOHE to drive portfolio growth.
- Manage the overall IT implementation plan, including development and testing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of system change requests.
- Ensure all system enhancements comply with business rules, operational processes, and statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to build segment stickiness and value propositions from acquisition to fulfilment.
- Monitor system enhancement deliverables and ensure timely project completion.
- Propose, plan, manage, and execute marketing strategies and activities to achieve Bank objectives.
- Conduct sales training for branches on Junior Savings/MOHE value propositions, marketing campaigns, and lead initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Marketing, IT, or related areas).
- Experience in product management, banking operations, or project coordination is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of retail banking products or system enhancement processes is an added advantage.
