Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Support Analyst with hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) and MM (Materials Management) modules. The role involves providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with business users, and working with technical teams to implement system improvements and enhancements on SAP and Dashboard Reporting.

The Day-To-Day Activities

SAP FICO

Provide support for financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) modules including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.

Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

Resolve issues related to payment runs, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.

Configure or suggest improvements to financial processes within SAP.

SAP MM

• Support procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
• Address and resolve issues related to vendor master data, pricing conditions, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to support day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
• Data Analytic
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Work closely with business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
• General
• Act as a liaison between finance/procurement users and SAP technical teams.
• Perform system testing, UAT, and documentation for new functionalities and fixes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP functionality, patches, and best practices.
• Create user guides, process documentation, and provide training when needed.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring data integrity and timely report generation.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, and Information Technology
• Minimum 46 years of experience in SAP FICO/MM support roles.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0/S4 Hana and Finance Operation Process
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Possesses the capability to leverage analytics tools for reporting and data-driven insights, effectively supporting finance operations and contributing to the success of project initiatives.
