Job Title: Specialist, Geo Marketing - Corporate Marketing & Communications
Description: As a Specialist, Geo Marketing - Corporate Marketing & Communications, you will help bring Pearson's English Language Learning (ELL) brand and products to life across South East Asia. Working closely with regional and global marketing teams, you'll activate campaigns locally, support country sales teams, and ensure our messaging resonates with learners and educators in each market.
You'll wake up excited to turn strategy into action—launching campaigns, creating compelling content, and partnering across teams to drive impact. In your first six months, your success will be visible through strong campaign execution, effective local activations, and clear performance insights. The Role
This role exists to accelerate market performance by executing regional and global marketing initiatives at a local level. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, ANZ & SEA , you'll collaborate with the APAC marketing team, regional campaign teams, country sales leaders, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing activity.
What You'll Own
Success in this role is defined by outcomes and ownership:
- Local campaign activation : Execute regional and global campaigns across assigned markets, adapting content and channels to maximise local relevance and impact.
- Content & channel execution : Create and manage marketing assets across digital channels, newsletters, presentations, webinars, and events.
- Sales enablement & partner support : Distribute and optimise marketing materials for partners and sales teams, ensuring strong adoption and usage in market.
- Operational excellence : Manage campaign budgets, raise purchase orders, track spend, and support accurate reporting.
- Insight & collaboration : Build strong relationships across global and regional teams, respond to marketing queries, and share market feedback to inform future campaigns.
You'll lead by example—demonstrating curiosity, collaboration, and a proactive, cando mindset.
About You
You bring strong marketing fundamentals, creativity, and a collaborative mindset aligned to Pearson's essential behaviours.
- You're passionate about building brands and delivering impactful campaigns and activations.
- You have experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally across digital and social platforms.
- You're a confident communicator with strong copywriting skills in English (additional local languages are a plus).
- You're organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time.
- You're datadriven, with experience analysing campaign performance and using insights to optimise results.
- You build strong relationships easily and enjoy working across cultures and geographies.
- You're proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with analytics or marketing platforms is an advantage.
A degree (or equivalent) is preferred; a professional marketing qualification is a plus.
