Job Description

  • Network Operations Center (NOC) Support
  • Monitor network, server, and system performance using monitoring tools.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting system alerts, outages, or performance issues.
  • Support first-level troubleshooting under supervision.
  • Log incidents and update service tickets.
  • Assist with basic network, hardware, and system checks.
  • Support routine maintenance activities such as inventory updates, patching schedules, or backup documentation.
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Help coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Support facility management tasks (maintenance scheduling, follow-up, office coordination).
  • Prepare basic reports, meeting notes, and communication letters.
  • Assist in procurement activities such as quotation requests and comparison sheets.
  • Help maintain inventory records for office supplies, equipment, and IT assets.
