What You'll Do:

• End-user Support: Respond to and resolve IT-related issues reported by end-users through various channels, including phone, email, or in-person. Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure the prompt resolution of technical problems.
• Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Conduct root cause analysis to identify the source of problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems, such as software updates, patches, and system backups. Ensure that systems are running efficiently and securely.
• User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Assist in onboarding new employees and providing access to relevant IT resources.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, resolutions, and inventory of hardware and software. Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
• Security Compliance: Adhere to security protocols and policies to protect sensitive data and systems. Assist in the implementation of security measures and educate end-users on best practices.
• Software and Hardware Deployment: Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of software applications and hardware devices.
• Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses. Assist in maintaining an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and support ongoing IT projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Propose and implement improvements to enhance IT support processes and workflows.

Role Requirements:

• Fresh graduate in Computer related degree or 3 years work experience in related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Experience in Active Directory and MS Office 365 will be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users at all levels of technical understanding.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
