Responsible for maintaining payroll-related data in the payroll system.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Calculate final payments for resigning employees, including any outstanding entitlements and deductions.
- Submit tax clearance for leavers in accordance with tax regulations.
- Manage and administer the time attendance system, including updating schedules and correcting overtime records.
- Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize time attendance reports.
- Handle employees payroll-related queries through the ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Maintain payroll operations in accordance with policies and procedures, and recommend changes and improvements.
- Support change requests whenever needed.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (HR), with at least 1 year in payroll administration; OR minimum 10 years of working experience for candidates with a Diploma.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and HR IT systems.
- Basic understanding of statutory requirements and the Employment Act.
- Able to work within tight timelines.
- Malaysia payroll experience is an added advantage.
