Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Calculate final payments for resigning employees, including any outstanding entitlements and deductions.
- Handle tax clearance submissions for leavers in accordance with tax regulations.
- Manage and administer time and attendance systems, including updating schedules and correcting overtime records.
- Gather, analyze, and prepare time and attendance reports.
- Handle employee payroll related queries through the ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Maintain payroll operations in accordance with established policies and procedures and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Support change requests whenever required.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (HR), with at least 1 year in payroll administration.
- Candidates with a Diploma must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and HR IT systems.
- Basic understanding of statutory requirements and the Employment Act.
- Able to work within tight timelines.
