Specialist - Plant Engineering (SRSF ENEPIG)

Your Responsibilities

• Deep understanding and knowledge in Enepig (nickle, palladium, Gold plating)including tool, materials, defect control, set up procedures and cross functional impact.
• Meet and achieve Department KPI defined.
• New tool installation and qualification. Timely resolved all the issues encountered.
• Participate and achieve AURORA and cost reduction project including material change, BCP, process change, etc
• Involve to ensure implementation of all necessary technologies into mass production after development and qualification by PPD Engineering
• PIC in handling any process or operation related excursion issue happen in Enepig process. Follow Change Control Management system at all times and zero excursion target.
• Lead in yield baseline and improve yield performance, yield monitoring, low yield analysis and IPP improvement
• Run Rate & lead time improvement
• Recipe optimization and management for Enepig during HVM stage.
• Able lead in work group/ task force for any process integration issues.
• Perform internal role-specific Line Audits and identify any risk activity that can affect safety, product, and process or equipment stability.
• Develop understanding and knowledge in other Surface finish process include Solder Resis Plasma , Offline Etching & Palladium stripping
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science fields or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in substrate industry or Semiconductor Industry
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma Process tools
• Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills
• Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
