The Day-To-Day Activities
- Support the planning and execution of end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns for Postpaid and Broadband, ensuring strong coordination across all touchpoints.
- Translate brand and product strategies into clear, consistent campaign messaging, with attention to quality and detail across channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify insights and optimisation opportunities to improve results.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to support stronger campaign planning and decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including timelines, promotional calendars and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Consumer Business teams and agency partners, taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring alignment.
- Track marketing budgets and support efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Leverage data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and contribute to more effective, insight-led campaigns.
- Support and take ownership of brand initiatives and passion projects, contributing to ideas and executions that strengthen brand relevance and engagement.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns or GTM initiatives, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-led environment.
- Independent and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage quick turnaround timelines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Effective communicator with good stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented; demonstrates a figure-it-out attitude and is not easily blocked by ambiguity or challenges
- Positive, team-oriented individual who contributes to a collaborative, respectful and non-toxic working environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong executional discipline to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
