Specialist, Procurement (F&B Luxe)

About the role

Lead end-to-end procurement for GSC Luxe brands, sourcing premium ingredients, beverages, equipment, and services that elevate exceptional dining and entertainment experiences. Working closely with the Luxe Executive Chef and key stakeholders, you will drive strategic sourcing initiatives while balancing quality, value, supply reliability, and procurement governance across our luxury F&B concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sourcing strategies for premium food ingredients, beverages, consumables, packaging, equipment and related services.
• Lead RFQ, RFP, RFI and tender exercises in line with procurement policies and approval requirements.
• Evaluate proposals, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and recommend supplier awards based on quality, service, reliability and overall value.
• Identify, assess and develop suppliers that meet premium product, service, food safety and operational standards.
• Ensure suppliers of premium ingredients, including seafood, are evaluated and cleared by the Executive Chef before appointment.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve concerns involving quality, pricing, delivery, service levels and supply continuity.
• Partner with Luxe Operations, Marketing and other stakeholders to support menu development, product launches, promotions and business growth.
• Manage supplier agreements and maintain complete procurement records, certifications and audit trails.

About you

• Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably within hospitality, F&B, or premium consumer businesses.
• Experience sourcing for Japanese fine dining restaurants would be an added advantage.
• Experience in supplier negotiations, tender management, and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an added advantage.
