Job Summary

• This position is responsible for the execution of the prescribed strategy for the wholesale & carrier business, as well as carrier relationship.
• Administrative - management of traffic volumes for inbound termination & hubbing traffic, negotiation of outbound IDD wholesale rates.
• Strategic - Maximizing margins from wholesale & hubbling traffic; in line with AOP & other corporate measures.
  
  

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Partnership management - the incumbent will project manage / directly manage legal & contractual obligation with each wholesale partner; as well as serving ast the POC for all new wholesale partners seeking interconnect with U Mobile.
• Revenue Assurance- Revenue & performance tracking in line with AOP & other organizational KPIs as well as monitoring repeat business assurance each month.
• Service Tracking - monthly reporting for both inbound and outbound IDD traffic as well as to monitor/track swap deal volumes.
• Project Management - to manage project related to wholesale which are requested on an adhoc basis.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor Degree in related fields - Marketing, Business, Management, Engineering
• 1-5 years working experience in product marketing and marketing communications
• Understanding of wholesale & roaming management function with external wholesale providers and rooming networks.
• Advanced knowledge in excel/spreadsheet and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
