Job Summary
- Responsible for management of regulatory key projects, events and proactively identifying key issues related to regulatory
- Managing agreement and issues related between company and external parties who may affect the company goals, operations or activities.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Manage end to end regulatory driven projects
- Ensure cost effective in managing KKMM /MMCC related activities / event, sponsorship and gifts towards maintenance of good relationship with key stakeholders
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc projects and related duties as when required and participate in relevant projects and initiatives by MCMC/ KKMM to ensure UM interest is protected (compliance to Multimedia Act 1998 while mitigating & minimizing risks to UM).
About You
- Minimum degree in IT, Business, Finance, Law or related in Telecommunications
- At least 5 years of related experience including government relations / laws / project management
- Fluent in spoken and written in English & Malay language
- Understand Communications & Multimedia 1998 & relevant subsidiaries legislation & mandatory standard of access
