Role

Business reporting and analysis to provide better understanding of sub-channel and support department targets, objectives and direction.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Sales Support - Provide day-to-day sales operations, system and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
• Project Execution - Assist in project planning and coordination for system enhancements, new product launches, and process improvement initiatives.
• Testing - Conduct functional testing, UAT preparation, and test case execution to ensure business requirements are met and delivered successfully.
• Campaign & Program Planning Support - Support the planning, administration, execution, and tracking of sales campaigns and programs, including pre-campaign forecasting and post-campaign performance evaluation to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Assist in ad hoc reporting, daily flash report, weekly sales performance report
  
  

About You

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or anything equivalent with a passing result.
• At least 2 years of related working experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations
• Proven experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving mindset for operational issue resolution
