Job Description

  • Collect and compile data from various sources to support the execution of monthly sales incentive cycles.
  • Accurately compute monthly and quarterly sales incentives, campaign payouts, and referral rewards within established deadlines.
  • Prepare payment schedules for approval and ensure timely submission to HR Payroll.
  • Ensure proper monthly provisioning for retention incentives in accordance with business requirements.
  • Perform accounting-related activities, including preparing amortization schedules and journal entries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Generate individual incentive statements for the sales team and manage related enquiries and issues within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
  • Develop management reports and perform analysis on incentive payouts to monitor performance across sales channels and individuals.
  • Participate in the annual review of sales incentive schemes, including conducting back-testing, sensitivity analysis, and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as required by management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Head of SPIC in daily operations (BAU) and other ad-hoc assignments.
