Facilitation & Programme Delivery
- Facilitate weekly Orientation Programme
- Provide administrative and operational support for learning and development programmes (e.g. training logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, postprogramme evaluation).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors on scheduling, materials, venues, and participant communications.
- Maintain and update training records in the Workday Learning.
- Assist in the preparation of training reports, dashboards, and utilisation summaries.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records related to training programmes.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting (e.g. participation rates, completion status, programme feedback).
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and version control of TD&M materials accordance with guidelines and SOP.
- Maintain an uptodate training calendar on SharePoint, ensuring all training dates are accurate and current.
- Serve as a point of contact for Team Members and internal stakeholders on TD&Mrelated administrative queries.
- Draft and send programme communications, reminders, and instructions to participants and stakeholders.
- Support engagement initiatives related to learning.
- Assist with process improvement, documentation, and digitisation efforts within the TD&M function.
- Perform other HR or TD&Mrelated duties as assigned.
- Timely and accurate administration of training and talent programmes

- Effective coordination with stakeholders to meet project timelines
Education & Certification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management or related field
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Good analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with data and Excel
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning is an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
