Join a dynamic team where you'll enhance client onboarding processes and contribute to financial reporting and analysis. This role offers the opportunity to identify process improvements and support management in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new clients, including Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes and maintaining updated records of onboarded clients. Prepare management information reports for internal meetings and committees. Support the calculation of net cash positions, financial statement reconciliations, and P&L reporting. Maintain and update internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including data automation and analysis, and enhance overall process flows. Consolidate brokerage fees and operating expenses as required. Address FI KYC review queries and provide ad-hoc project support as needed. Submit vendor invoices and assist with treasury-related support tasks. Liaise and support Native Chinese stakeholders and counterparts from HQ

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking & Finance, or a related field is essential. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience within the banking industry, specifically in the Global Markets sector. Strong time management skills and a willingness to learn new concepts. Able to speak Mandarin inorder to liaise and support Native Chinese stakeholders and counterparts from HQ Proficient in data processing with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. Competence in developing structured workflows to meet deadlines independently. Ability to work autonomously without requiring constant supervision.
