Position: Sport Retail Manager
Location: Klang Valley
Salary range: RM4,000 RM4,999
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach your team to achieve sales and customer service excellence
- Develop commercial strategies and analyze local market trends
- Oversee accurate stock management and effective store layout
- Ensure safety, security, and high product quality standards
- Promote continuous learning and team development through coaching and training
Requirements:
- Education: Degree, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Graduate Diploma, DVM or DKM (Level 4 & 5) in Sports or Retail-related fields.
- Fresh Graduates: Those with sport retail or general retail experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced Professionals: Mid-career talent and veterans (40 years and above) with proven expertise in retail or sport retail are highly encouraged to bring your experience and leadership to our team.
